What's your cancellation policy?

Free cancellations up to 24 hours prior to 3pm on day of arrival. Cancellations must be made via email to bookings@nexyhostels.com. In cases of no-shows and cancellations less than 24 hours before check-in, you will be charged in full for your first night’s stay and the rest of your booking will be cancelled.

Can I check in early?

This is subject to availability. Check-in is from 3pm but if your bed or room is available we have no problem getting it ready for you earlier.

Can I check out late?

Check-out is at 11am. Late check-outs are subject to availability. If you wish to stay longer let us know, however, there may be a small fee.

Can I store my luggage?

We have a luggage room where you can store your bags free of charge for a couple of days.

Do I have to stay a minimum number of nights?

Our minimum length of stay is 1 night.

Do you offer daily housekeeping for the rooms and beds?

We have housekeeping every three nights meaning rooms and beds our serviced on every third night. This is included in the rate you booked.

Do you provide parking?

No. Unfortunately, we do not provide parking but we can show you where you can park your bike nearby.

Is the front desk open 24 hours a day?

Absolutely! Our front desk is open and staffed 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Do you offer free breakfast?

Absolutely. We offer a very simple free breakfast consisting of cereal, toast, fresh fruit, tea, coffee and juice. Very simple right? But hey it’s free!
